a) Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Reason for Cancellation

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

b) Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability or stock issues

  • Payment verification failure or fraud detection

  • Pricing or product description errors

  • Issues related to shipping or delivery

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, and we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

a) Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including packaging and tags).

  • The product must not be a non-returnable or final sale item (such as custom or personalized items).

b) How to Request a Refund

  • Photographs of the product (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will review your claim and provide instructions on how to return the item.

c) Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

d) Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Products that are worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Products that are returned outside of the 3 days return window.

  • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" in the product description.

  • If the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, resulting in non-delivery.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the refund process to return the item and then place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we cannot directly exchange items at this time.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns and Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund, and no shipping costs will apply.

  • Returns: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost to you.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@lobho.com. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damage or defect. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
